Cookbook Club
May’s Cookbook Club focus is Mexican! The cookbook chosen for this month is: In Edith’s Kitchen: Recipes from My Mostly Mexican-American Home to Yours by Edith Galvez. If you are interested in join this month’s Cookbook Club (open to all), please let Director Westlund know! Email at: awestlund@cable.wislib.org. How Cookbook Club works: Come to the library and check out the featured cookbook. Take it home to explore and pick one recipe (you can make a copy of the recipe at the library or take a photo – this does not infringe on copyright laws) that you would be willing and able to make to bring to the Cookbook Club meeting to share. You do not need to double the recipe – the original amount will be fine as we will be sharing multiple dishes and just take a sample of each at the meeting. Let Director Westlund know your choice so she can list that it has been taken (so we can avoid doubles) on the website.
