Calling all writers! Join us for an inaugural writers’ gathering at the Koller Memorial Library hosted by library director Callie, the first in monthly or bimonthly writers’ meetings. Our first session will determine group meeting schedule and activities.
This session will also include: a writing prompt, discussion time, free-writing time, and the opportunity to share a brief writing sample verbally for group feedback.
We welcome all writers, from beginners to experienced wordsmiths, writing in all genres and for all age groups. So whether you write fiction, poetry, nonfiction, screenplays, picture books, or anything else, this group is for you! One caveat: writing “with” artificial intelligence is not permitted. Those words on the page need to come from your blood, sweat and tears—in other words, from your mind and heart—or it’s not your art.
